When using the chipKIT UNO32 and MAX32 boards, do not try to get +5V from the ICSP or ISP header. It also does not have the RESET signal. The ISP or ICSP header on the chipKIT UNO32 and MAX32 was designed to provide SPI signals in a single location. Instead of RESET, you will find the SS or CS (client select) signal where the RESET signal is on the Arduino board.
